Appartement charmant hypercentre avec patio privé et parking

Excellent location in old Orléans. We had lots of room because we were only 2 people. The apartment was well equipped and clean. It was also quiet despite being in the centre. We parked in the covered car park called Châtelet Les Halles, as suggested. This was free as promised but it was quite complicated (see below).

We couldn’t find a route to drive to the property to collect the parking card so had to park first, then drive out and back in again with the card. This meant wheeling our luggage from the car park instead of dropping it off. I think it may be possible to talk to the people operating the bollards which block the street but we did not know that! The same process had to be reversed on departure. It would be nice to have some local info and tips inside the apartment

Ei erityisiä heikkouksia, asuttavuus kovalla helteellä tosin jäi kokematta.

- La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Al mismo tiempo, es una zona peatonal por lo cual no puedes llegar a la entrada en coche ni tampoco aparcar en la misma calle. - El estacionamiento incluído es cómodo y cerca del B&B. - La decoración del apartamento era agradable y funcional.

- La entrada al edificio: estrecha, vieja e incómoda. - El pasillo entre la entrada del edificio y la entrada del apartamento: maloliente, muy sucio y lleno de polvo. Parecía un edificio en obras pero no lo era, y el olor a vómito/comida de perro era repugnante. - El apartamento tiene muy poco espacio. - No lográbamos conectarnos al wi-fi. Pedimos ayuda por la mensajería de Booking y nadie nunca nos contestó. En su defensa, era un día festivo. - Vale el precio sólo por la ubicación pero seguro hay mejores opciones en Orleans.
