Poloha je top, super parkovani ve dvore. Kousek do centra. Pláž přímo před domem.

Apartmán už zaslouží renovaci. Špatny sprchovy kout, po každém sprchování je vytopená půlka koupelny. Nábytek je hodně zastaralý, a je trochu cítit zatuchlo, musí se pořád větrat. Nábytek na terase je hodne zašlý. Vše vynahrazuje poloha ubytování.
