Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Toller Bergblick in super ruhiger Lage, man kann hier wirklich abschalten. Das Haus ist sehr modern und neu, super ausgestattet, pro Wohnung eine Sauna, große Toiletten, wellness, duschen, ausreichend Toiletten. Wir waren mit zwei vierköpfigen Familien und 2 Elternteilen hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Dorfes, das Zentrum mit Bushaltestelle nach Bayrischzell und in die Berge sind bequem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erlaufen. Tolles Restaurant im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung per Auto zügig zu erreichen. Die umliegende Landschaft lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein, über Felder, durch Schier, verlassene Bauernhöfe, an einen Bach vorbei.
Es gab ein paar kleinere technische Herausforderungen. Die hat unser Vermieter aber umgehend gelöst und war sogar an Heiligabend vor Ort, um eine Kleinigkeit zu reparieren. Alles in allem aber unproblematisch.
