Gorgeous 1BR Residence with Pool and Spa at Margarita Mansion

Location was good, pool in the back of the property was good, beds were comfortable

Property needs some up-keep. Landscaping needs attention. Painting is needed. Dishwashers would be nice. The steps to the second floor are hazardous because when it rains they puddle, making them very slippery to walk up. The steps need redoing

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated all the thoughtful amenities the house offered. The pool was definitely a highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. We especially loved that the pool included a spa, which heated up quickly once turned on and made it even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. While we didn’t end up using the bikes, it was a nice touch to have them available. The beach chairs and umbrella were incredibly helpful for comfortable beach days. The screened-in porch was another favorite spot, offering a peaceful place to sit without worrying about bugs.

While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, there were a few drawbacks worth noting. We stayed in one of the smaller units, which did not include a microwave. This made it a bit inconvenient when trying to quickly reheat food. Additionally, the smoke detector was positioned directly above the toaster oven and went off during normal use, even though there was no visible smoke or odor and the food was not burnt. This happened more than once and was a bit disruptive. Lastly, we found the beds to be lacking in support, which unfortunately led to back discomfort for both my wife and me during our stay.
