Apartamentul este cochet și utilat corespunzător. Locuri de parcare se găsesc pe stradă, fără plată. Este la aprox. 7 minute de plajă.

Дуже чиста, світла квартира зі свіжим сучасним ремонтом. В квартирі є все, або навіть більше для комфортного перебування. Навіть парасолька для пляжу, гігієнічні засоби, кава, чай, спеції, макарони та каші! Все продумано власниками до дрібниць!
Відсутність ліфту. Поряд періодично проїжджають поїзди і буває дуже шумно. Побажання: хотілося б хоча б пару більших рушників та додаткове простирадло, щоб укриватися.

Sehol nem volt feltuntetve hogy a vasut a ház mögött megy el.Senkivel nem tudtam beszelni hogy a klima nem üzemel.Nincs közvetlen elérhetőség.Nincs elmondva hogy a 4.emeletre nincs lift.Tényleg szuper de ezeket nem leirni félrevezetés.
