The lowrise building has a lift/elevator and the top floor apartment with sea view comes with a dedicated parking spot, a gorgeous covered wraparound terrace with 300 degree panoramic vistas, two spacious bedrooms and an open floor plan with an adequately equipped kitchenette. The place was spotless clean, the furniture and appliances (including washing machine and Air Conditioning units) brand new, the beds very comfy. The hostess Lydia is very welcoming and friendly, always online, promptly answering questions.

No dishwasher. The kitchen faucet with a built-in water heater is spraying water everywhere and there is no mixer for the hot and cold water, so you end up either scalding or freezing your hands. The shower cabin with a sluggish drain is rather small and not fully enclosed causing flooding of the whole bathroom floor.
