They replied quickly but it was AI.
We had a SN child with us. We were given a apartment with stairs. Communication was good. Location was very good. Building B have no lift. 50/50

Beautiful and modern, we loved the property and think the apartment was perfect.
Extra toilet rolls are in the cupboard behind the toilet fyi.
We were level 4 which the lift went to. This is important to know as we wondered about stairs with luggage but we were fine. Lift is tiny but at least it was functional.
Street is busy which is fantastic but the apartment is quiet. I stayed with a 6 year old child and all was fine!
The fan. Only one and it’s really not the most powerful. I read reviews so I parked my mini shark fan which was a godsend in the heatwave.

Nice little apartment. Really just about enough room for the pullout couch to fit.
The bathroom sink was clogged. Windows were overlooking a courtyard where people liked to smoke, which would drift into the flat of windows were open. It is a windy 3 floor walk up. The pillows are not comfortable.
