Bilocale in Ottima posizione: tra Centrale e Lima

Overall, it was a very good apartment. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the facilities met our needs, and we especially appreciated the solid entrance door with multiple security locks, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay.

The only downside was the bathroom. There was no ventilation, the shower had very low water pressure, and the shower head clearly needs descaling. However, the toilet was modern, clean, and well maintained.

Tout proche de Milan Centrale, parfait pour partir explorer les lacs en train. Facile de prendre le tram pour rejoindre le duomo et le centre. Très facile d'accès, dans une rue calme, très facile pour trouver. Ascenseur fonctionnel (l'appart est au 4ème et dernier étage)

Il n'y avait qu'une seule climatisation sur les deux qui fonctionnait. Celle du salon fonctionne bien, et on a ouvert les portes de communication, mais nous avons du ouvrir les fenetres dans la chambre, mais les moustiquaires tenaient mal en position ouvertes: celle de la salle d'eau ne se bloquait qu'à gauche et celle de la chambre ne se bloquait pas du tout, j'ai du la coincé en position basse avec un objet (une chaise pliante). Il a des lattes sur le parquet qui se décollent quand on marche dessus

It is not my first time in Milano and I know the city pretty well. I prefer to stay exactly in this area - in between Centrale, Corso Buenos Aires and Giardini Indro Montaneli. All you need for life is within easy reach (supermarkets, mass market shops). It is 10 minutes walk from Centrale, 7 minutes walk to Corso Buenis Aires and also it is 30 minutes walk through Giardini to the city center. The apartment is excelent for 1 person, 50m, very well zoned. You have all the necessary equipment inside - electric kettle, Nespresso coffe-machine, good fridge, hair dryer, good washing machine and also dish-washing machine. The air conditioner also worked perfectly and really saved me in the heat which was in the city. There are no bars in this part of Lodovico Setalla street, so, it is quiet and calm in the night. The host/manager supplied me with the fitness mat which I asked beforehand and it was really nice on their part. The apartment has very nice Milano view from the windows.

I would recommend to refresh the parquet, the upholstery of the vintage chairs and walls in certain parts. Maybe, make the cleaning company be more attentive to certain things while doing the cleaning. I'm sure that there should be wine glasses inside - we are in Italy, right? ;)
