Lo mejor son las vistas y el apartamento tiene mucha luz, además cuando hace viento, no hace nada de calor. La cocina y el baño están reformados y tiene mucho menaje. Tener párking es un plus (cuando no hay un vecino que te ocupa la plaza sin avisar). La cala "cau del llop" está muy cerca.
A pesar de estar muy cerca, no se puede ir andando al centro porque hay que ir por la carretera. Siempre teníamos que coger el coche. No está adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida porque hay muchas escaleras de acceso al edificio y al piso.

Apartamento limpio, con cocina y baños actualizados. El comedor es agradable tiene vistas al mar muy bonitas. Tiene parking en el propio edificio. La playa Cau del llop se encuentra cerca. El camino de ronda está muy cerca de la casa y es un paseo agradable.
Algunos ratos venía mal olor, posiblemente las conducciones llevaban tiempo cerradas La terraza es muy pequeñita, justo para 2 sillas y la mesa.
