Sepúlveda Suite Apartment

Incredibly clean and well stocked. Was able to drop off luggage early while the staff cleaned the apartment for our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms come with mini toiletries and hairdryer. Iron is also available. Perfect place to stay to explore nearby landmarks and live comfortably during your stay. Didn’t have any smell issues as mentioned in past reviews.

Schoon! Alles aanwezig. Stil.

Modern yet comfortable. A newness about the place. Nice quality finishings. Comfortable beds.

It was a bit further away from the centre than I’d thought it would be. In just 3 days we’ve spent around £100 just getting around. Management were also a bit ‘churlish’ we arrived at 2.30 and entered the building with the given codes. The cleaner was still there although everything looked like it was cleaned. We asked if we could sit in the air con as it was 37 degrees outside. After 10 minutes I received a call asking us to leave as check in was 3pm. There were 2 of us and one case. However we left as requested however there is nowhere to go as it’s in the middle of a very residential area. 10 minutes after that the cleaner left. Now I understand that rules are there for a reason but this just seemed ‘jobs worth’ The only other comment I’d make is in relation to previous reviews about a sewage smell. We did not experience that at all. Very occasionally on passing drains in the street there was a smell but what can you expect in that kind of heat. Aircon only in the living area would have been nicer in the sleeping areas
