The AC was excellent and provided great relief from the heat.
I had difficulty locating the property using Google Maps and spent about 30 minutes driving around. I was later informed that Apple Maps works better for this area, so it would be helpful to advise future guests to use that app instead.
Additionally, as a woman traveling alone, I noticed that the area has several stray, not-friendly dogs that sometimes barked throughout the night, which impacted both safety and noise levels.
Finally, while the base nightly fees were reasonable, the total cost after taxes and cleaning fees did not quite match the overall quality of the stay.

Location is very good close to the beaches and main strip. The AC is very pleasant in a hot environment. The WiFi was also very good. No bad comments to have.
No bad comments, keep in mind this is a small annex that is cosy for 2 people.
