Le logement étant placé à l'arrière de la résidence, nous avions une vue panoramique sur Angoulème et évitions le bruit du boulevard.
L'odeur dans les parties communes et il est noté "Netflix" dans le descriptif, mais pas d'accès à moins d'avoir soi même un compte. Le frigo va très fort au point de "bruler" plusieurs salades par le froid.

Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et bâtiment peu attirant. Descendre au logement en ayant le sentiment d'aller à la cave, avec les odeurs associées, bof. Et pas mal de petits détails moyens dans le logement.
