- gute zentrale Lage - herrlicher Ausblick vom Appartement auf das Meer - Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude
- keine Klimaanlage - Einrichtung sehr knapp gehalten, Kleiderschrank nur teils benutzbar - bei einer Dusche kam kein Wasser - Doppelbett an einer Seite an die Wand gestellt (umständlich zu benutzen)

Location and view are just wonderful, and great the parking right in the courtyard. Livingroom with kitchen are ample with a wonderful view on the bay.
The equippment is quite poor, the furniture is rather old style and old itself, bed is not that confortable, pillows to be renewd, etc etc etc

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Cannes. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Palast, mit privatem Tor, man kommt nur mit einem Code rein. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Und die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock. Gepflegte Anlage. Die Aussicht war einfach wunderschön. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort. Strand und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Tolle Geschäfte und Restaurants.
Der Fahrstuhl ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber alles kein Problem.
