The place was really Nice and the owners are also highly cooperative. The caretaker was also available throughout.

It was our first time stay at a home/BnB stay and boy what an experience we had, the host was in contact with us from the get go to make sure we have a safe and hassle-free check in and the property is amazing with ample of space for us 9 people, the property also comes with pool and garden which are maintained very well.
Overall, I had a an amazing time at the property and will most definitely recommend if you're in Goa.
If you're more than 6 people, you'd have to opt for extra bedding.

Superb Villa with a great Kitchenette. The pool is too good.
Anupam the caretaker is a really nice guy.

The house was being painted. Check in time was 1300 hrs and we were going to check in late at around 2200 hrs however I got a call at 1800 hrs in evening that house is not ready as it is being painted and they were offering us an alternative accommodation with public swimming pool which i refused. Finally went to the same property as there was no support from Booking.com as your customer care was uselsss and did not take my call inspite of waiting on IVR for 20 min.. So I stayed in the stench of paint for 2 nights all thanks to Booking.com and the owner of house who was not aware of his own house being painted
