Cadre extérieur reposant et agréable L’équipement de l’appartement était très propre et pratique La décoration était de très bon goût

Appartement spatieux, confortable, très bien équipé, doté d'un très grand jardin, situé en plein centre de la très jolie vieille ville de Paimpol, très calme. Très bonne literie. Petites attentions à l'arrivée.
Le hall d'entrée de l'immeuble aurait besoin d'une rénovation en profondeur (câbles et conduites apparents, manque d'entretien). Les problèmes d'humidité et de mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain devraient aussi être résolus. Ce serait alors parfait!
