It is very convenient, apartment was super clean when we arrived and all the provided instructions were super clear. The internet is fast for remote work. Apartment has all the needed facilities for weekly stay, we even used washing machine. At night you can hear the street noises, but this is Buenos Aires so it’s everywhere, we still slept well. The location has many cafe options around. My best coffee and medialuna was in Vibra coffee. Josefina is very friendly host, we will come back for sure.

I didn't stay here because the owner informed me only a few hours before check-in that they strictly accept cash in USD ($100 bills only). This was never communicated earlier or mentioned in the description. I don't carry USD cash while traveling due to safety concerns and prefer electronic payments. Very disappointing to find this out at the last minute.
