Magnifique Villa proche centre ville d'Uzès

The house and grounds are beautiful as is the swimming pool. The bathrooms are big and showers works well. The house offers privacy and luxury for a large group. The kitchen is terrific as are all of the appliances including the washer/dryer. The beds are very comfortable

There are some simple things that would make it that much better: 1. A book or a scan with instructions. We were at a loss & although Esther showed us a few things, we needed to write to her many times. 2. Mosquitos were pretty bad but I don't know what could be done. We were careful to close the doors 3. You expect more toilet paper & more towels at a luxury property. Some things felt generous and others were tight. 4. It could use a fan in the room off the pool & the small room upstairs. The aircon didn't really work in the room by the pool or the little room upstairs.

De ontvangst door host Esther was onvriendelijk. Ze verweet ons de aankomsttijd niet te hebben doorgegeven, terwijl we dat ruim van tevoren gedaan hadden via Booking.com. Ze nam nauwelijks de tijd om ons uitleg te geven over o.a. afvalverwerking, keukenapparatuur e.d. Vragen van ons werden afgedaan als zijnde te kieskeurig. Met name over het feit dat de wc’s en de badkamers niet heel goed schoon waren. Voor het uitchecken hebben we een half uur op haar zitten wachten, terwijl we onze vertrektijd van te voren aan haar hadden doorgegeven, op de manier zoals zij had gevraagd. Toen we haar belden, vertelde ze ons te kunnen vertrekken, want zij kwam iets later. Vervolgens ontvangen wij na thuiskomst een schadeclaim van €150,00 voor iets wat al stuk was bij aankomst (de stoeptegel waaronder het sleutelkastje zich bevond).
