Appartement dans maison ancienne, trés propre, assez fonctionnel, à 2 pas de la plage et 10 min à pied du tram pour rejoindre le centre ville. Trés bon rapport qualité prix.

Décevant comme hébergement.

L'annonce ne précise pas que le logement edt au...2eme étage d'une maison ancienne, avec deux escaliers étroits et surtout raides!! (une maison rescapée des bombardements de 1944). Il faudrait le dire pour éviter des déconvenues. Pour entrer dans le lit, il faut "ramper" du bas vers la tête de lit car impossible de se déplacer sur le côté. Ne pas espérer stationner dans la rue, blindée, mais tourner, tourner en croisant les doigts.

Logement propre et conforme à la description.

Quelques petites remarques malgré tout : - Pas de petites cuillères - Ouverture de la fenêtre de la chambre problématique à cause du luminaire - Nous avions demandé avec Parking, hors il est quasiment impossible de stationner à proximité ( dans un rayon de 1 km environ), sauf à avoir beaucoup de chance !

Séjour à oublier

1.Parking gratuit! Nous avons une fois tourné jusqu'à une heure autour de l'appartement et les alentours pour finalement vers 20:30 trouver un stationnement à 15 minutes à pied. 2. L'appartement se trouve au 2.étage accessible par une porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir et par un escalier en bois très étroit, voir personnes agées avec bagages. 3.Attention de ne pas tomber en voulant voir la vue sur mer!

L'appartement est très propre et bien situé dans un quartier calme, a seulement 5 minutes de la plage. Le propriétaire est très réactif et répond rapidement aux messages. L'appartement était prêt une heures avant l'heure prévue. Je recommande vivement!

Pas grand chose

Stationnement pratiquement impossible / accès au 2ème étage relevant de l'escalade / vue sur la mer inexistante / lit inadapté à la taille de la chambre (pour se coucher on se met à 4 pattes) / vaisselle trop réduite (pas de four, micro ondes dans un placard, pas de petites cuillers, etc...) / pas de commerçants

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la mer, et la propreté du logement, qui est lumineux. Le fait de récupérer les clés par une petite boite est très pratique. La possibilité de se connecter à Netflix avec la TV connectée

La douche ne fonctionnait pas, le mitigeur est cassé, l'eau est soit très brulante, soit gelée. J'ai appelé le gérant, qui m'a clairement dit de me débrouiller seule... Nous avons donc passé le week end à l'eau froide. En Novembre, je trouve cela inacceptable... Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. La nuit, des gens hurlent dans la rue tous les soirs... La vue mer sur la photo n'existe que si vous ouvrez la fenêtre du salon et que vous vous penchez totalement sur le côté. Le materiel dispo dans la cuisine est très limité. Des plats étaient sales... L'appartement est accessible au deuxième étage d'un immeuble très étroit...Peut être dangereux si vous êtes avec des petits enfants ou des personnes à mobilité réduite. Ceci devrait être précisé dans l'annonce.

Très bien situé tout près de la plage. Equipement neuf. Lit confortable. Pas de vue mer, mais il suffit de quelques pas pour la trouver.

Un sèche-cheveux serait un plus.
