Okay new apartment, not the easiest to enter and not the cleanest
All of us could enter on our own when necessary because we had the code. The flat was new, the location was ok and it had lots of dishes.
It was hard to understand how to use the code and time consuming to use it both for locking and unlocking. There was a lot of dust and even hair in the corners. There was no kitchen towel and no forks. The light switch in the bathroom looks dangerous and should be fixed.

Con qualche attenzione in più potrebbe essere molto interessante
Ottimi collegamenti sotto casa, con un solo mezzo si raggiunge il Duomo e la stazione. Diversi negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. L'interno è nuovo, comoda la lavatrice e lavastoviglie. C'era un problema di scarico al lavandino del bagno, fatto presente il gestore si è offerto subito di mandare un addetto, ma essendo solo poche notti e essendo noi sempre fuori casa, abbiamo deciso di tenerlo così facendo attenzione, spero però risolvano il problema per i prossimi clienti. Il gestore molto disponibile.
La macchina da caffè a capsule non funzionava, ho trovato la lavastoviglie con delle posate sporche all'interno e molte ragnatele, è vero che i soffiti sono altissimi, ma va comunque tenuta pulita. Cambierei la ditta di pulizie.
