Great location and view of the sea, short walk to beack, shops and the like. The accomodation is well thought out and bedrooms in our instance separate for teenagers with a separate retreat for parents

Nothing beyond there are a number of stairs foranyone with mobility issues, for us not a problem

Checkin management was a fiasco. We provided all information as requested and were still contacted as not providing enough information. To check in, we were required to drive to the management office in downtown Noosa to be approved to check in. Despite having paid in full, in advance, we were required to provide credit card details with no reason given. Received checkin messages 4 x a day for the next 3 days, as if the system didn’t understand that we had already checked in. A garage remote was promised in the “welcome” email. Upon arrival no garage remote was located. We tried calling “management” at least 9 times but were directed to voicemail every time. The person who ultimately returned our call was an overseas third party contractor. We explained the situation via voicemail and email, including inclement weather that could affect our vehicle, including storm and hail conditions. We were told by overseas contractor that they’d let management know. Four night stay and we never did receive the garage remote to park our car undercover. We noticed other guests with access to the guest garage but we were forced to park on the street. No mattress protectors on master bed. No tissues. No shampoo or conditioner. No dish towels.
