Comfortable Studio #1 Across The Street From The Beach

I liked that the air conditioning was on when we arrived. It was such a cute place, with everything we needed. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the bathtub.

I would have liked safety grab bars for getting out of the tub. I have Parkinson's and am not as limber or strong as I used to be.

The only bummer was the two hours of gardening noises that happened on my last morning that started at 7 AM and it was quite loud but I know that was out of the host Control

Nicely located across from beach access. Beautiful sunsets. There were restaurants, coffee, houses, and a small market within a five minute drive. The studio itself was very comfortable, exceedingly well appointed (the kitchenette held coffee maker, a Keurig, a kettle, a microwave, a cute retro fridge, a toaster oven and an air fryer!), with really cute dishes. The bed was perfect firmness, the towels were thick and the water pressure was awesome. There was Culligan water available around the corner 24/7! Laundry room available and offsite parking. The TV had access to numerous streaming channels. There’s a state park nearby and a marine reserve with a great little boardwalk hike five minutes away. Recommend Baywood Coffee for breakfast too.

The toilet was a little loud when you flushed it. It made a long whining sound. It didn’t bother me, but I hope it didn’t bother tenants in nearby apartments when I flushed in the middle of the night!

Easy to find. Good location. Clean and comfy.
