The view and facilities.
Every tap needed the washers replaced. The car parking spot. A bit difficult to access and a distance away from the unit, which together with the flights of stairs was not great.

The apartment is well kept and very comfortable for a couple. Most importantly in winter, it is toasty warm.
The kitchen has all the basics for a short stay. But a few more items would make cooking-in alot easier. If you need a special implement for your favourite recipe, take it with you.

it was very clean and tidy. nice views and quiet location
it was very sterile, no character.
no coffee machine, and very restricted in kitchen ware.
only towels provided and one little tiny hand towel. could be better.
no BBQ beside the fact it was advertised.
