Located in a quiet area, easily reachable by car, a guaranteed parking in the yard is surely a plus. There are several huge markets within walking distance as well as the city center can be easily reached on foot. The communication with the host went smooth, we got the keys from the lock-box. The apartment is spacious enough, the kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils needed to feel like home. The outdoor patio with the barbecue is surely a great plus, though we did not use it during our stay (the heatwave). All in all we've enjoyed our stay at Vila Jolanda.
An electric kettle would be beneficial, the one in the kitchen was broken at the time, but surely not a major complaint. Otherwise everything was alright.

La casa accogliente, pulita, ben attrezzata. Comoda per una famiglia con tutti i conforto, vicina al porto ed al centro, raggiungibile a piedi. Gradita l'accoglienza con spumante.

Понравилось все: удобства, комфорт, все очень чисто, со вкусом. Хооошая мебель, красивая качественная посуда. Ванна хорошая.
Перебой с горячей водой, была сломана газовая колонка, очень плох холодит холодильник
