The openness of the home was nice for our big family. It was spacious, very clean, there were plenty of cooking utensils, pillows, blankets, and bath towels. The back yard was nice. The fire pit with fire wood was great! The neighborhood was nice, quiet and friendly.
The only thing that was a dislike for us was the loud sounds of water running in the pipes in one of the bedrooms by the bathroom. It was very loud when anyone flushed the toilet or shower or washer.

Adorable home, nice neutral decorations. Well maintained block. I prefer renting a home so we have privacy and time to spend with family. Loved having a Keurig with the coffee and enjoy the fire pit. Major kitchen appliances all new! House was clean. Provided toiletries a nice touch. Not far from Fort Benning and close to downtown. Washer and dryer and kitchen supplies for cooking. Quick response from property manager and owner.
The pullout couch is not very comfortable. Stains on couch cushions, frying pans poor quality eggs and other food stuck to them terribly. Sink in master did not drain. Master bed, despite being kind of mushy was comfortable. However, may want to replace soon for it was noisy if you toss and turn in bed. Rug by back door is cute however, the little scalloped edges kept getting caught on feet. Could be dangerous for someone who is not paying attention. Advertised as a fire pit however there was not anything to light the fire with. We did go out, buy a lighter and donated that to the house. Wish we had more time to explore Columbus.
