We had a wonderful time at this place. It offers a variety of pools and a beautiful beach—though it's a bit rocky and not very sandy, it's still enjoyable. The overall landscape is lovely and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which adds great convenience and makes the location feel lively and complete. Definitely a spot with a solid setup and good vibes.

The place itself is nice and we enjoyed our time overall, but there were a few issues. The chalet wasn’t clean when we arrived, and although management requested an extra 300 EGP for housing services, they didn’t actually provide any. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves and even brought our own bedsheets. The check-in and check-out process was far from smooth. I had to return just to let someone inspect the place before leaving, and then go to the security manager to get a receipt stamped in order to recover my 1000 EGP insurance deposit. I really wish the process had been more streamlined, it would’ve made the stay much more enjoyable. Despite all that, the location is good and has potential if the service improves.

The location is really fabulous ... The sea is very beautiful with a sandy beach u can enjoy it 24 hours a day... The tide and the moon was marvellous at night... The pools are very clean and well guarded.... The chalet is beside the pool and near the sea, comfortable,and is equipped with all we need.... Would like really to thank Mme Alia❤️ For being so helpful and polite during our stay asking daily if we needed any thing.... Wonderful vacation and exceptional experience....

Great facilities at the main gate of the village Nice wide beach, some rocks inside the sea (better to have your shoes) Nice beach cinema at the evening & kids area around Several swimming pools Air conditions were provided in both living room and bedroom Host was very respectable, she was very kean to resolve any issues we faced

Windows must have net to avoid flies and mosquitos Cleanliness should be better especially in kitchen area There should be more variety of kitchen utensils(especially cooking pots and pans, big glasses or mugs) a bigger basket for kitchen area and finally a broom and a dustpan.

the resort was fascinating and has many swimming pools (almost 16 or 17), the atmosphere and cleanliness is wonderful, also the landscape is very beautiful. the chalet was clean and organized, ACs, the kitchen appliances and the water heater were functioning perfect, also chalet owner is decent and supportive any time you ask or need something.

would love it more if the bed mattresses,cushions and the sofa bed were more comfy .. also the apartment is in the second floor so take care if bringing old people the stairs won't be so comfy for them
