The location as It was close to the main Goa Church.. very homely feeling, and staff named Shiva was very much helpful, the stay was booked for my parents and Shiva was very well mannered and helped my parents with whatever they needed while they were staying there

Here you will feel like at home, you have common sections such as living room and kitchen if you need them. Shiva was very helpful and found solutions for any request that we had. Location also is nice, quiet and peaceful.

We stayed 2 nights, location is walkable distance to Bom jesus and Cathedral, however the road is very busy and does not feel safe to walk. On arrival , room and bathroom was clean,however kitchen was not clean, rubbish bin bag left in the kichen which attracted pest, which the host is aware.. There was water supply issue on both days, host was informed. This arethereasons for the poos rating. The inconvenieces caused bt water supply and dirty kitchen
