Boho Beat Apartment

The apartment is located near the top of the building, so the view is really nice. You can see both the Black Sea and the city, and since there are no taller buildings nearby, the view is open and unobstructed. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, which makes it a nice place to have breakfast or dinner. Key collection and return were both easy. The location is good, with a large park and bus stops nearby. There is also a monument just behind the building where you can enjoy another nice view of the sea and the city. The nearest beaches are about 1–1.5 km away. The apartment has a washing machine that can be used free of charge. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cookware, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The bed was comfortable, and there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. A hair dryer is available in the bathroom. There is a small shop in the same building as the apartment (about a 30-meter walk). Kaufland is about a 20-minute walk away if you want the best prices on groceries. The balcony gets direct sunlight mostly in the morning and early hours. In the afternoon and evening, due to its northeastern location, the sun is not as strong, which makes the summer heat more bearable, which is really advantageous on a high floor like this apartment.

To get to the nearest beach on foot, you have to cross the road using the underpass beneath the small bridge.
