Could be great, needs more attention

Located very close to the sea. Clean, except under the bed. Looked quite new.

I was unimpressed with the bed and the bedding. My length is 1.88m, and my feet were over the edge of the bed. I guess 140x190cm is a normal size in France, but for a 'premium' apartment this is too small. The bedding was polyester and quite uncomfortable (sweaty). During our stay we bought a cotton one in a village close by. The fact that you have to pay extra for this bedding makes it even worse. Also only 1 towel for a week stay. No cleaning wipes/towels in the apartment. It has a laundry machine, but no clothes rack for drying. Impractical setting of the furniture (changing sofa and kitchen table around makes a lot more sense). Parking only in the street for €10 per day, and you have to renew every day. The bedroom is located 'upstairs' but isn't comfortably accessible without crouching/acrobatics. Keep in mind if you are not as mobile/older. I hate to say it, but this apartment feels like it's just trying to tick the boxes for getting found in a lot of search filters.

Not cleaned throughout

Easy check in and check out. The kitchen was well equipped and looked like it had what you would need - we did not use it. The bed was quite small and not too comfortable. Not properly cleaned throughout - you could see dirt in the sofa and on the floors. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet. You have to pay extra to park in front of the property and the on street parking that is just across the street is free from 19 to 9am we payed around 2 euros to park on street as we payed from ~18 to 10. It doesn’t seem like it is worth it. As they mention you also have to pay extra for bedding and towels or bring your own. We only stayed one night.

Super séjour à Yport

Le logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas du bord de la mer. Egalement, il est spacieux et très bien équipé, notamment pour cuisiner. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis.

Le dépôt de garantie d'un montant de 500 euros devrait être mentionné plus expressément.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind bereits das 4. Mal in Yport und immer wieder begeistert von der tollen Umgebung. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, sehr sauber, gemütlich und hell. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nulla da dire in bene o male verso la struttura semplicemente perché non siamo entrati!

PESSIMA GESTIONE DI PRENOTAZIONE! Non solo non erano previsti gli asciugamani in bagno, errore mio che non ho letto il seguito di "TUTTI I SERVIZI.." ma in una prenotazione fatta dal cellulare la mattina per il pomeriggio stesso ci può anche stare (leggete tutto attentamente!) per poi scoprire che se li volevo - OVVIO, ARRIVANDO DALL'ESTERO - dovevo pagare un supplemento di 16 € (che poi, voglio dire, se ci avessero chiesto anche 50 € avremmo dovuto pagarli ugualmente visto che appunto non li avevamo con noi, e questo mi sembra un ricatto). Se erano da pagare a parte, il sito avrebbe dovuto scriverlo chiaramente in PRIMO PIANO, non "nascosto" a seguire. Di sicuro, con la tanta scelta disponibile, non avremmo prenotato questa stanza! Per finire, la cosa che ha bloccato tutto, è stato il fatto che con la mia carta di credito non riuscivo a fare la copertura danni preventiva di 500 € richiesta (anche quello SCOPERTO solo dopo...) Ho provato due volte a fare l'operazione online, ma non è andata a buon fine (non era certo un problema della carta visto che è stata poi usata per tutta la settimana). Alla fine, visto che si faceva tardi anche per prenotare altro, ho cancellato tutto, ma ugualmente ho dovuto pagare una penale di 49 €. COMPLIMENTI....

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

L'emplacement est parfait proche plage, ville, commerce. La pièce principale à vivre est très bien décorée, propre et très agréable. Très bien équipée.

Pas souvenir d'avoir connu une literie aussi mauvaise ! Lit hyper mou avec matelas à ressort qui vous casse le dos. Nuit blanche quasi assurée. Accès à la chambre très dangereux pour ne pas dire périlleux. Escalier hyper raide sans rambarde pour se tenir et qui débouche sous un toit en sous pente avec un velux et une poutre basse . Difficile de se tenir debout dans cet étage. L'idéal pour se fracasser le crane ! Il faut presque ramper pour accéder à la chambre et pour descendre c'est encore pire ! Il faut payer pour les draps, les serviettes de bains et laisser une caution de 500€ pour une nuit passée. Je pense qu'il faut revoir tout ça ...

Wat hebben we het fijn gehad!!!

De geweldige ruimte, goed ingerichte keuken, fijne douche en natuurlijk de locatie.

Geen echt gevoel van contact met de buitenwereld. De bedden (metalenverenmatras beneden en heel kort bed boven) en de bank (te doorgezakt). Bij hoge temperaturen moeilijk te koelen.

Parfait

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces, restaurants. Idéal pour faire un break et apprécié la tranquillité. Merci à Lucie qui nous a bien guidée.

Avec un peu d'humour, le réveil par les mouettes à 6h...Mais cela fait parti du packaging et du charme de la ville d'Yport.

De locatie, 20-30 meters tot aan het strand. Heel behulpzame hosts. gezellig stekje!

Parking werd niet duidelijk uitgelegd. Dus we hadden geen parking bij de accommodatie. Het bed was niet zo comfortabel. kookplaat was niet 100% proper.

Super fijne plek op een geweldige locatie!

Een heel fijn, nieuw huisje op een super locatie in een rustig dorpje. Van daaruit kun je makkelijk naar Etretat, etc. Echt een heel fijne plek met een volwaardig uitgeruste keuken. Aan alles is gedacht. Geen buren die direct aan je vast zitten. Vanuit woonkamer zie je de zee. :-)

De wenteltrap is wat klein en onhandig. Als je aan de straat parkeert moet je even zoeken waar het huisje ligt. Vanaf 1 juni tm 30 september is betaald parkeren, dus niet bij de accommodatie zelf.

Yport appartement

Yport is een klein rustig plaatsje. Veel minder druk dan Etretat. Appartement woonkamer/keuken/douche is prima.

Appartement ligt iets achteraf waardoor je er makkelijk voorbij rijdt. Garage is zeer moeilijk in te sturen. Garagebox is te klein voor een middenklasse/grote auto. Appartement is bereikbaar via een steile trap. Slaapkamer is bereikbaar via nog steilere trap zonder leuning. Ongeschikt voor mensen die moeilijk ter been zijn. Slaapkamer moet je bukken om onder een balk door te komen vlak na de trap. Security deposit van 500 euro is echt over de top. Motie van wantrouwen naar huurder. Verklaring bij navraag: dure spullen in appartement.

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement est idéal. Simplicité de l'arrivée. Très bon accueil avec le propriétaire qui est sympathique. Joli décoration et calme. La cuisine est bien aménagée ainsi que la salle de bain.

Malheureusement la literie est de mauvaise qualité. Le matelas est vraiment trop mou. Nous avons passé deux mauvaises nuits alors que l'on sent qu'un effort a été fait pour faire un joli appartement.

Belle découverte à Yport

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la beauté et le charme du village d'Yport, sa proximité avec Etretat. L'emplacement était incroyable, à 2min à pied de la plage et des commerces. L'appartement était de taille correcte avec sa chambre séparée à l'étage, cosy, décoré avec goût et très propre.

Il est important de préciser que l'accès à l'étage est assez étroit le plafond bas, la descente peut être un peu dangereuse pour des personnes âgées ou de jeunes enfants. Enfin, le matelas du lit double de la chambre est vraiment trop mou.
