Studio apartment Pero1

The view is the best feature of this place. Free street parking around is very dynamic, when you can’t find a spot, if you wait a bit someone will leave soon enough. Pero was very nice and welcoming. The place was clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and fully equipped kitchen. The whole place is not big but the tall ceiling made it very pleasant and big enough for what we needed. It was a long walk to Dubrovnik old town for us so we either drove or took bus. It took us 40min walking back up the slope mostly, it was not that close at all.

The location is great on a quiet street. The view from the apartment is great. There is a small kitchen and washing machine but no dryer. The room is small but it has everything we needed for a short stay. Highly recommended.

ベランダから海や旧市街が見えます。旧市街迄、徒歩で行くことが出来、カフェ、レストラン、スーパー、ビーチにも近いです。部屋は狭いが設備は何でも揃っています。洗剤等買う必要がありません。オーナーも優しい方でした。洗濯物はベランダの物干しに干せば1日で乾きます。

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Everything was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is perfect to enjoy the city and surroundings. A big thank you to Pero for his warm welcome, availability, and responsiveness – he was always attentive and very friendly. We highly recommend this apartment !
