Spacious and well lighted room! The air conditioning was also working perfectly, which helped with the outdoor heat. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. They even offered to hold our luggages for a few hours at the end, which was very much appreciated!

Nice place, close to the beach and restaurants, under 5 to beachfront walking which was nice and a cheap grab ride to the dragon bridge or a 4km walk. Bed was nice, place was clean, had a kettle and mini fridge and looked just like the pics..fairly quiet, roosters across the street and construction doesn't start till 7:02am. Elevator works and on the top floor they have a sitting area with a bit of a view.

I was on the second floor facing the road above the main entrance and you can hear the front door open and close, not terribly bad but also as you can see from the pictures there are 3 huge windows, so when the blinds are open people can see in. Like right in, the floor is only 10 or 11 feet off the ground, so you just keep the blinds closed unless you want to be seen! Also they are working on the building at the moment so 7:02 am, 7 days a week unless it's raining (I think) it's going to get noisy!

The neighbors across the street keep a flock of crazy roosters that punctually wake you up at 3 a.m. And just in case you manage to fall back asleep, they’ll start crowing again every few minutes. You can hear them loud and clear even with the windows closed and earplugs on. — Since the windows are shut, the enclosed space leaves you with the overwhelming stench from the bathroom.
