We stayed at this beautiful five-star villa in the Belvedere area and honestly, it was incredible. The only small downside is that it’s not perfectly connected to the city centre – you have to hop on a bus first and then switch to the Tube. But in all fairness, even that turns into a fun little adventure. With some music, a bit of laughter and good company, you’re in the centre before you know it. Now, let’s talk about our hosts – Steve and Petra are absolute legends. They were super responsive, genuinely interested in our plans and preferences, and they helped us with anything we needed. More than just hosts – they’re amazing people and honestly our biggest recommendation goes to them. As for the villa itself – the jacuzzi is brand new and absolutely fantastic. The sauna is next-level – built inside what looks like an old wooden barrel, just big enough for two people to sweat out all their sins. Proper British romance. 😄 The whole place has that old-school English charm. Every room is decorated in its own unique style, with that slightly chilly but classy English vibe – and we were especially blown away by the bathrooms. And finally – a special shoutout to Steve: I really hope your Coventry wins the Championship this season! ⚽💙 All in all – 5 stars without a doubt. If you’re looking for a proper English countryside escape with top-tier hosts, this is the place.

The house was fantastic it had every amenity we ever could have wanted and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there. It had a great hot tub and sauna which we took full advantage of, a huge kitchen where we could all cook together, a spacious lounge with a cosy screen room to watch movies and the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, so roomy even with a full house and there was such amazing views from all floors of the house. The hosts Petra and Steve were so lovely and gave a great tour full of handy information when I arrived and I was assured they were only text away if there were any problems. It’s the perfect location, centrally located for everyone to get there easily but out of the hustle and bustle, we’re already planning another trip we loved it so much.
