Appartamento di gran comfort, molto pulito ed ottimo servizio, molto apprezzato il bar-ristorante al 14mo piano, personale estremamente gentile. Molto curato.
Gli infissi nella zona notte hanno pessima tenuta, molto rumorose le camere, il traffico ed il viavai è molto fastidioso

Location is amazing - a beautiful view over the All Saints bay, amazing sunset. Also very close to the historic centre and close to Mercado Modelo and port via the Lacerda lift. The building has been totally refurbished with very nice taste by a group of architects. It also hosts a bar and rooftop restaurant (nice views and drinks, food could be better). Welcome kit in the fridge with beer and soft drinks much appreciated.
Bedrooms are on the street side and are poorly insulated. We had the apartment on the 4th floor, which is basically at street level. It was very noisy at night due to traffic. Insulation needs to be improved.
Also, some maintenance work is needed to fix small some things in the apartment that falling apart. The apartment is really beautiful, but for the price paid one would expect some of the more care and maintenance.

não timha café da manha incluido, foi mencionado que haveria desconto para alguns locais informando q estava hospedado no hotel, porem ninguem sabia desse desconto
a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, o quarto é pouco iluminado, não possui um espelho grande de corpo, o local da piscina é quase exclusivo do restaurante pois não tem local p ficar
