Deze knusse cottage ligt op een rustige plek omringd door groen in de grote stad Tbilisi in de mooie wijk Vake. Openbaar vervoer is dichtbij om daarmee de hele stad te verkennen. Hetzelfde geldt voor de vele winkels. George de host is zeer belangstellend en helpt je met alles. Hij is goed bereikbaar en spreekt net als vrijwel iedereen, goed Engels. Alles is erg schoon en we kregen regelmatig schone handdoeken en lakens. George vroeg regelmatig of er schoon gemaakt moest worden.
Eigenlijk helemaal niets. Als je dan iets wil opmerken dan is het de koffiezetter die ontbreekt maar dat is eigenlijk geen punt want dichtbij zijn overal gezellige koffiebarretjes.

Гаспадар дужа прыязны і добразычлівы. Утульны катэдж знаходзіцца ў ціхім двары добрага раёна. Маюцца ўсе выгоды і прылады для жыцця. У хаце цёпла ды зацішна. Заўсёды была гарачая вада і можна гатаваць ежу, калі няма часу хадзіць па рэстарацыях. Па вуліцы ходзіць шмат аўтобусаў, таму можна зручна ды хутка даехаць у любы пункт горада. Побач з домам добры парк для шпацыраў і розных актыўнасьцяў.
Было паганае надвор'е, таму падлога на першым паверсе халаднаватая.
