The apartment was spacious and Eleftheria provided everything that we could possibly need for our stay which was lovely. The apartment is well located to walk down to either side of the island and it only takes a minute to walk to the local cafe and Taverna.

The view from the apartment is truly amazing—it looks directly at the Panteli Castle, surrounded by historic stone houses and charming churches on the hillside. The location in Platanos is ideal, perfectly situated between Panteli and Agia Marina (and just a short walk to both, closer to Agia Marina). Walking through the old streets of Platanos and taking photos was fantastic. It's also very close to the lovely small square where we grabbed our morning coffees to enjoy with breakfast at the apartment. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided—from laundry detergent pods and coffee to spices, a first aid kit, and even a selection of books. Before arriving, our child's bed looked a bit small in the photos, but it turned out to be spacious and very comfortable. Another great feature is that the apartment doesn't get direct, scorching sunlight, so coming back to a naturally cool and refreshing home after the beach was wonderful. Our host, Eleftheria, was incredible! She was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions with great warmth, and even surprised us with a lovely small gift. If we visit Leros again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation!

The only minor drawback is that the street in front connects Agia Marina and Panteli on a slight incline. Because motorbikes are widely used on the island, they can be quite loud when going uphill, especially late at night or early in the morning. However, the apartment's sound insulation is good—once you close the windows, you barely hear the noise. Since there is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, keeping the windows closed was no problem at all and didn't negatively impact our stay.
