Modern Studio Downtown with Pool and Gym

The location was excellent, right in the center of Miami, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and well maintained, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Thanks to that, I was able to travel light and enjoy a very comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, one of the chairs was broken and very unstable. Communication with the host was not very good. Even when I contacted them while in Miami, responses usually came the next day or later. Despite following up multiple times starting four days before check-in, I did not receive the check-in information until I contacted them again just one hour before check-in. The host also instructed me to communicate via their personal mobile phone instead of the Booking.com chat, but the response speed did not improve. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work. When I contacted the host, the only response I received was, “It should connect with the information provided.” Guests without alternative options such as an eSIM may find this quite inconvenient. On the other hand, I received daily messages requesting that I leave a review. The facilities themselves were excellent and deserve a full 10 out of 10. However, I believe the customer service and communication could be significantly improved.
