De kamers zijn erg ruim en zeer proper. Koelkast is heel fijn. Douche met zicht op zee is fantastisch. Zowel het grote, warme buiten als binnenzwembad was fantastisch. Goeie ligstoelen, grote extra handdoeken.

Wij vonden het ontbijt te mager. Er werden wel verse eitjes naar wens gebakken. Maar er was niets van vers brood of broodjes. De weg naar het verblijf is echt een uitdaging. Plus volg zeker Google en niet Waze!

La route pour accéder à l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas terrible. Petit déjeuner assez limité, si on ne mange pas de charcuterie et pas de choix en terme de café. Pas d’options en terme de restauration ou d’achats sur place. Le sauna n’avait pas l’air d’être en service et se trouve en plein milieu de la salle de sport.

The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The property has two lovely pools, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We also had a very positive first impression thanks to the first manager, who was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the first part of our stay.

Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly after the management changed. Communication became poor, requests were handled very slowly, and the overall level of service dropped noticeably. Although the property is advertised as being accessible by taxi and ride-sharing services, the reality was very different. The final stretch of road is unpaved, many Uber drivers cancelled or could not find the hotel, and we often had to walk about 15 minutes to the main road just to get picked up. The room was advertised as having a minibar, but it only had an empty refrigerator. Given the remoteness and lack of transport options, this was a significant inconvenience. There were no convenient options to buy water, snacks, or basic necessities. Even the gym had no drinking water available. Breakfast was average, but no one explained where or when it was served. The gym and sauna were also never shown or explained to us. Housekeeping was inconsistent—on some days the room was not cleaned and rubbish was not collected. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to wait several hours after requesting more. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable. We were only informed about the mandatory local tourist tax when we were already getting into the taxi to leave. We have no issue paying local taxes, but this should be communicated clearly before arrival or at least during check-in, not at the moment of departure
