Ήταν πάνω στη θάλασσα, σε ήσυχο σημείο, αλλά όχι υπερβολικά πολύ μακρυά από το λιμάνι. Υπέροχη παραλία, καθαρή, απάνεμη (για τα δεδομένα του νησιού). Υπέροχο σπίτι, ευρύχωρο, με πολλές ανέσεις. Πολύ ευγενικοί και βοηθητικοί ιδιοκτήτες.
