The two holiday rooms, this one with 1 x double room with integrated shower and DZV466 (2-room apartment with integrated shower) are located in the basement of the owner's house, approx. 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. Separate access via a steep staircase. The WC (shared use) and a small room with various kitchen appliances (fridge, electric cooker etc.) are spatially separated from the holiday rooms and can be reached via the shared hallway. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, storage facilities for bicycles and a car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, WLAN 5 EUR. Overall, the accommodation is a simple accommodation option for short stays. High standards of comfort are not met.
