The apartment has a rowing boat with bathing ladder, which can be used free of charge, and you can also use your own pedal boats and go fishing. Access to the apartment is via an unpaved path approx. 3 km through the forest. The non-smoking flat, which was extended in 2017 and lovingly furnished while retaining the beam construction, can be reached via an external staircase. It has a large combined living/bedroom (sofa corner, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed; 1.60 m wide) with an open, fully equipped kitchen (dining table, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave).
