The flat on the ground floor is 60 m² in size and has a spacious living area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, hi-fi, dining table, fireplace), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and shower/WC. There is also a balcony with lake view. The property has its own jetty, a fish pond with a cosy reading corner, sunbathing lawn, sandpit, table tennis table, plenty of space to play, barbecue area for barbecues, bicycle storage and parking spaces.
