Situated in a quiet location on the edge of the village, there are two holiday homes of different sizes, each with separate entrances for up to 4 people, on the approx. 2,000 m², fully fenced residential property. The owners' paddock begins behind the property; horse riding, carriage rides and bringing your own horses are possible on request. The nearest bathing lake with canoeing facilities is approx. 4 km away. Both non-smoking houses have a terrace, space in the garden, bicycle storage and storage facilities, car park, barbecue, insect screens on the windows, night storage heaters, free Wi-Fi and a children's high chair on request. The total price includes final cleaning, water, normal energy consumption, initial supply of firewood, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Heating electricity for the night storage heaters according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax. Pets are allowed in this property. This cosy, approximately 60 m² holiday home, which was extended in 2018, has a living room with a wood-burning stove (sofa bed for one person, flat-screen TV), a bedroom (double bed, one single bed), an open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a small hallway and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. In addition to the terrace in front of the entrance, there is another seating area in the garden. Qualzow is a district of the resort town of Mirow (approx. 7 km) on the edge of the Müritz National Park. The surrounding area is very rural. Wide fields, meadows, forests and paddocks dominate the landscape. Nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet will find perfect conditions here. There are several beautiful bathing lakes within a radius of around 4-5 km, which are also ideal for canoeing; there is a canoe hire centre directly on Leppinsee. The small town of Mirow in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District lies between the residential town of Neustrelitz (approx. 25 km) and the spa town of Waren/Müritz (approx. 45 km). The town is located directly on the Müritz-Havel waterway and is a centre of attraction for all water sports enthusiasts and hikers. Lake Mirower See is the ideal starting point for a variety of paddling tours thanks to its connection to other bodies of water. The town's biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which was only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration, the 3 Queens' Palace, the idyllic Love Island, St John's Church and the Old Castle Brewery with its restaurant. There are several restaurants and cafés, a fish smokehouse, shopping facilities and boat and bicycle hire in the village. - Cot: 1 - Child's chair: 1 - Pets: 2
