The apartment on the upper floor is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, LCD TV, radio/CD, double bed (1.60 m), upholstered couch), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances, dining table), shower/WC and central heating. There is a glazed balcony with wooden floor, an outdoor seating area with beach chair and sun loungers and a car park. Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. Horse riding is possible at several riding stables in the neighbourhood. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for birdwatching.
