(Another holiday apartment DZV633 is located on the upper floor of the owner's house.)The approx. 80 sqm house extends over two floors and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio/CD), an open kitchen area (dining area, electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances) and a large bathroom (shower, WC) on the ground floor as well as two bedrooms (each with double bed, 1 cot) and a guest WC on the upper floor. Guided fishing trips by motorboat can be organised by arrangement. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town.
