A restaurant, an ice cream parlour, supermarkets, the Haus des Gastes and the imposing Marienkirche church with a fantastic view over the Müritz are in the immediate vicinity. The approx. 70 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is accessible via a communal hallway and has a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), a separate kitchen with access to the inner courtyard (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining counter) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). The fully fenced property also has a small garden area with a fire bowl and a view of the restored Dutch mill, a furnished terrace with sun loungers and barbecue, bicycle storage facilities and free W-LAN, public (partly chargeable) parking spaces are located approx. 150 m to 900 m away, for loading and unloading you can stop in front of the house for a short time.
