Idyllically situated on the edge of the forest and within sight of Lake Fleesensee, within a small holiday home settlement, is the semi-detached house with two separate holiday apartments, each for up to 2 adults and 2 children. In front of the house there is a large meadow and a small playground. A restaurant is just a few minutes' walk away, shopping facilities approx. 1.3 km and the tourist centre with harbour, shops and other restaurants approx. 2 km. The approx. 70 m² non-smoking flat was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021 and has a living room (upholstered furniture, cooker, flat screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds that can be put together), a 2nd bedroom (bunk bed), a small hallway area and a bathroom (shower/WC, hairdryer) as well as a shared storage room with washing machine (EUR 2 per wash) and sauna area. Guests also have access to a high chair, parking spaces, a large furnished terrace (with privacy screen), barbecue, firewood (free of charge), insect screens on the windows and electric radiators. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small pet (max. 30 cm shoulder height) is allowed in this property. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town.
