The approx. 50 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance (outside staircase) and is equipped with a hallway, living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player) with dining counter and open kitchen (electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, cot, high chair) and bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Highlights of the apartment are the large pool in the garden and a sauna (separate outbuilding), which can be used by guests. There is also free Wi-Fi, a large furnished terrace, barbecue, car park, bicycle storage room and storage facilities as well as insect screens on the windows. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
