The holiday home, built in 2006, is located on a quiet waterfront property, directly on the Polsensee, approx. 5 km south of Templin in the Dargersdorf district. The beach is about 200 metres away. There is a boat and fishing jetty with rowing boat (fee 3.00 euros/day), shared laundry room with washing machine, terrace, barbecue area, some balconies with lake view, sunbathing area and car park. A social and party room with bar and fireplace can be rented if required. Bread roll service at weekends by arrangement. Included in the total price: Bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels.
