Only a few steps away from the Müritz, in a quiet residential area in the Rechlin Nord district, there is a holiday apartment for up to 5 people on the spacious, fenced residential property with a view of the Müritz in an outbuilding of the owner's house. The marina of Rechlin Nord with boat hire and restaurants as well as the aviation museum are approx. 200 m away. 1.5 km, centre of Rechlin approx. 2.5 km away. The approx. 130 square metre, family-friendly, non-smoking holiday apartment with separate entrance is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large hallway with dining area, a newly equipped kitchen (dining bar, electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC. (Kitchen and bedroom each with access to the terrace). From the hallway the stairs lead to the upper floor with a large living room (sofa bed; additional bed for two persons, small sitting area, TV); from there a view of the Müritz, another bedroom (double bed) and a second bathroom with shower/WC. (Attention: sloping position, low headroom). The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows. There is also a large furnished and completely covered terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, seating on the large property, car park, bicycle storage, cot and high chair as well as free WLAN. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels and bed linen. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Rechlin is a state-recognised resort on the south bank of the Müritz. The small towns of Mirow and Röbel are approx. 10 and 18 km away respectively. The town has restaurants, shops, a marina, jetty, bathing beach, boat hire, children's playgrounds and much more. The aviation museum in Rechlin Nord provides interesting insights into the time when the town was a testing ground for the air force, the shipyard and the town's history, while the Müritz National Park is just a few kilometres to the north and is one of the most important habitats for rare animals and plants thanks to its huge forest complexes, many small lakes, meadows and moors. Visitors can explore the area themselves using the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails. Guided excursions are offered for observing wild animals and birds.
