Centrally located in the middle of Malchow's charming old town with shops, cafés and restaurants, two holiday apartments for up to 3 and 5 people respectively, completely renovated in 2021, are located on the 1st floor of a residential and commercial building. The harbour on Lake Malchow with its new promenade, boating facilities and the interesting swing bridge (opening hours during the day always 10 minutes before every full hour) is only a few steps away, several supermarkets are approx. 600 m away and the beautiful lido on Lake Fleesensee is approx. 1.7 km away. The two tastefully and modernly furnished, centrally heated non-smoking apartments are accessed via a public staircase and a shared hallway which leads into another hallway with separate entrance doors. The approx. 80 square metre apartment for up to 5 people consists of a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 1 person, dining table, flat screen TV), a separate, large fitted kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, music system), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x large bunk bed and flatscreen TV), a bathroom (shower tray, WC, hairdryer), a long corridor and a further storage room (bicycles can also be stored here if required). Free Wi-Fi and baby equipment (cot, high chair, potty) are also available on request. Free public parking spaces are available approx. 250 - 500 m away, for loading and unloading you can park on the street for a short time. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and the Malchower See. The districts are connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which is opened several times a day for boat traffic. The landing stages for passenger ships, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shops are also located here. In addition to the monastery church and the town mill, other attractions include a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town.
