Restaurants, shopping facilities and the public swimming pool on the Müritz are within a radius of 2 km, a train stop with connections to the tourist centres of the Mecklenburg Lake District is approx. 300 m away. The approx. 40 square metre, continuously modernised and tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed), a separate bedroom (double bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV), a small kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a large hallway and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). The apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities.
